Frequently Asked Questions
Does Clockwork Physiotherapy take insurance?
I do not accept insurance. Insurance-based therapy cannot provide the attention to detail and time required for excellent case-by-case care. By choosing to be a direct care provider, you will not need to wait weeks to see me, nor will you need a referral. Instead, your visit with me can be booked with little notice, often for the same or next week.
By not taking insurance, I can spend double to triple the amount of time with you compared to what is standard at an insurance-based clinic. As a result, you will likely need far fewer visits, which allows my pricing to be roughly the same as copays.
However, your insurance may partially reimburse you for your visit. Please let me know, and I will be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation for your visit.
Do I need a referral to see you?
No need to get a referral. Colorado is a direct access state for physical therapy.
What types of therapy do you offer?
Therapy includes, but is not limited to, sports performance and recovery, post-operative rehab, headache and migraine management, neck and spine conditions, dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, manual therapy, and much more.
What is the difference between home and gym visits?
Appointments within the gym allow for a much broader approach to treatment. In your session, we will have access to an entire state-of-the-art gym. This gives us the opportunity to strengthen beyond the initial injury. For a home visit, I will bring my portable treatment table and a variety of tools to aid in your therapy.
